If you witness an animal(s) being
neglected we encourage you to contact your local Humane Society, Animal Control Officer,
and/or City or County Law Enforcement.
When calling about an animal
cruelty/neglect situation the following will be needed:
1. Address of the location
where animals are kept.
2. Number of animals.
3. Details regarding the
condition of the animals.
4. Any and all pictures of the
animals.
5. Your name, phone number.
6.
List of contact
phone numbers for Indiana County Sheriffs.
If you feel like it
would be beneficial to have our assistance when reporting abuse and/or
neglect, Animal Protection Coalition, Inc. will take complaints,
investigate the complaints, and assist Law Enforcement Officers
when requested.
